Shipping policy
Shipping Damages and Claims
- Khyber Moto is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred during shipping. If a package appears to be damaged during shipping, you must contact the shipper (ex. FedEx, UPS) within 48 hours of receiving the product. At that time you will need to file a damage claim with the shipper and NOT with us.

Products Lost In Shipping: Khyber Moto is not responsible for a package that gets lost in shipping. However, if the freight company (ex. FedEx or UPS) deems the package as lost, we will ship out a replacement of the same item. Please remember we will only ship out a replacement if the freight company claims it as lost.

Khyber Moto will not warranty any damages caused during shipping. Failure to notify the shipping company can result in a loss or recourse to the damaged items.

Khyber Moto is not responsible for any missing items that have been signed for by the purchaser or user. The purchaser or user must contact Khyber Moto within 7 days of any shortages in shipping.

The customer may be required to complete an affidavit to the shipping carrier to describe the damage. Refund or exchange is only completed upon receipt of affidavit by Khyber Moto so that we may work to re-cope the losses from the carrier.

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly.
- If lead times are deemed excessive, we will contact you directly.
Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout once your delivery address has been entered.

Whenever possible, multiple items are combined into a single package to help minimise shipping costs.

Khyber Moto does not add any surcharges to shipping fees.
Payment

Payment is taken at the time of ordering via credit/debit card or Shop.

We do not accept payments over the telephone.
Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once payment has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking details.

Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments and paying any import duties, taxes, or courier handling fees directly to the courier if applicable.
Delivery

All consignments must be delivered to the ‘Ship To’ address provided at checkout.
